Shipping, tracking & transit

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia and New Zealand. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us — we add destinations on request when freight makes sense.

• US domestic: 2–5 business days
• Canada: 4–8 business days
• UK / EU: 3–7 business days
• Australia / NZ: 6–10 business days

You'll get a tracking email when the label prints, and a second email at first carrier scan. If 48 hours pass with no scan, reply to either email and we'll investigate.

Orders shipped outside the US show duties and taxes at checkout where required, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
