Reviews, the honest way

Review invites go out 14 days after delivery to the email used at checkout. There is no anonymous submission form — every star and every word is tied to a real order.

We do not edit reviews for tone, length or sentiment. We only redact personal information (full names, addresses, contact details) and obvious profanity directed at other customers.

We do not pay, gift, discount or otherwise compensate customers in exchange for a review. Anyone offered something in exchange for posting one should email us — that's not us.

If a winner accumulates a meaningful share of negative reviews, we investigate the supplier and the product, and we may de-list it. The reviews themselves remain published.
